Vendor Registration

  • Vendors may setup from:

      March 7, Thursday: 7am-7pm

      March 8, Friday: 7am-2pm

      March 9, Saturday: 7am-8am

      March 10, Sunday: 7am-8am

  • Inline Booths Cost: $100

  • Corner Booths Cost: $150

  • Extra Badges Cost: $5

  • (2) Vendor badges are included in the cost of each booth

  • Booths are 10x10 and include (1) 6 ft. table and (2) chairs

  • Vendors are limited to purchasing (4) booths

  • Vendors and Artists are welcomed to purchase discounted badges for family and friends

  • Vendors selling live steel/bladed items must have all items safely packaged and instruct customers to immediately take their purchases to their vehicle/hotel room 

  • 18+ material is allowed so long as it is censored if put on display and all sales are ID checked

  • Vendors are chosen on a first come first served juried system

  • Booths are guaranteed only after receiving full payment

  • All vendors are required to provide an active and valid Texas Sales Tax ID with their application

  • Applicants who need a Texas Sales Tax ID may get one from the Texas Comptroller
