Vendors may setup from:
March 7, Thursday: 7am-7pm
March 8, Friday: 7am-2pm
March 9, Saturday: 7am-8am
March 10, Sunday: 7am-8am

Inline Booths Cost: $100

Corner Booths Cost: $150

Extra Badges Cost: $5
-
(2) Vendor badges are included in the cost of each booth

Booths are 10x10 and include (1) 6 ft. table and (2) chairs

Vendors are limited to purchasing (4) booths

Vendors and Artists are welcomed to purchase discounted badges for family and friends

Vendors selling live steel/bladed items must have all items safely packaged and instruct customers to immediately take their purchases to their vehicle/hotel room

18+ material is allowed so long as it is censored if put on display and all sales are ID checked

Vendors are chosen on a first come first served juried system

Booths are guaranteed only after receiving full payment

All vendors are required to provide an active and valid Texas Sales Tax ID with their application

Applicants who need a Texas Sales Tax ID may get one from the Texas Comptroller
