We are looking for Artists who will provide mostly anime, some pop culture related merch is allowed.

• Artists may setup from:

      March 8, Friday: 7am-2pm

      March 9, Saturday: 7am-8am

      March 10, Sunday: 7am-8am

• Inline Tables Cost: $50

• Corner Tables Cost: $75

• Extra Badges Cost: $5

• Artists and Vendors are welcomed to purchase discounted badges for family and friends.

• Artists are limited to purchasing (2) tables

• Tables are 6' ft. and include (2) chairs and (2) badges

• Picture of previous setup is required. If it's your first event please leave a note in the description box.

• 18+ material is allowed so long as it is censored if put on display and all sales are ID checked.

• Artists are welcomed to breakdown early due to long convention hours. 

• Artists are chosen on a first come first served juried system.

• Tables are guaranteed only after receiving full payment.

• All Artists are required to provide an active and valid Texas Sales Tax ID with their application.

• Applicants who need a Texas Sales Tax ID may get one from the Texas Comptroller.
